Opposition Handling: Advised clients on anticipating oppositions and expertly managed trademark and PVR opposition processes, ensuring comprehensive support throughout.
Deadline Coordination: Monitored critical deadlines for filing notices, counterstatements, and other essential documents. Drafted and evaluated communications for the Intellectual Property Department (Litigation), ensuring precision and compliance.
Application and Documentation: Proofread trademark and PBR applications, prepared filing paperwork, and meticulously analyzed incoming paper correspondence, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
